Testimonials
Exceeding our
customers expectations is vitally important to
everyone at Quality Care Training Consultancy
Ltd.
This is what a few of our clients think of us.

Our new training provider Quality Care Training
Consultancy Ltd is proving to be as organized
and as efficient as they said they would be.
They are also providing exceptionally good
tutors who are delivering varied and interesting
training; the feed back from members of staff
has been excellent.
Debbie Armstrong, Viridian
Housing
I am the Quality Assurance and Training Manager
for the Care Directorate of Viridian Housing. We
have a total of 14 services with a broad range
of registration categories.
I developed a
working relationship with Quality Care Training
in February 2010 when I approached them to
assist me in the delivery of both mandatory and
specialist training courses identified within
our company training plan.
From the
beginning of our working relationship the
quality of service has been impeccable. They
immediately accommodated and coordinated a
significant workload with no issues, infact they
were totally flexible to our needs.
They have always
been prompt, reliable and well organised and
have very kindly adapted to any last minute
changes I have forced upon them.
The quality and
delivery of all of their courses is excellent.
All feedback received has been extremely
favourable and the impact of their medication
training has resulted in the improvement in
medication practices in all of our services.
Both of the trainers have vast knowledge and
experience in all clinical issues and this has
been invaluable to our staff in the training
sessions, feedback has suggested that all
queries and questions have always been answered
and explained in full.
In summary,
Quality Care Training offer a professional
service providing training courses to an
excellent standard and I would have no
hesitation in recommending their services to
anyone.

Anne Pittaway, Cross Roads
Care, Birmingham and Solihull Ltd
Part of my job role is to organise all training
for our Carer Support Workers who provide
respite care for carers in their own home. I
have always found Chris Blyth to be extremely
helpful and accommodating.
The comments made by our Carer Support Workers
who have attended the medication training
provided by Chris Blyth have been excellent,
commenting "that it's the best medication
training they have ever received" - "the
training was delivered in such a friendly way
and was made very clear to understand" - all
information and handouts provided were very
informative and helpful".
These are just a few comments, I would highly
recommend Chris Blyth for any training
requirements.

Dr Carl Dunford,
High Street Surgery
I am the Senior Partner at The High Street
Surgery in Erdington and have been working with
Chris Blyth and Elaine King for all of my 12
years, so far, in post.
Chris has actually been
working with our Practice for 16 years and
Elaine 18 years. During that time they have
worked as part of the extended family care team
and there has clearly been many challenges both
medical and academic which they have always
risen to in an exemplary fashion.
Over the last
few years it has been my pleasure to help out
where possible, providing some surgery
experience for their Student District Nurses and
Pre-Registered Nurses and I have been able to
observe relationships that have existed between
Chris and Elaine and their, what is now,
numerous Students and I have always found them
to be supportive and encouraging to their
Students.
From a professional point of view,
their work has always been of a very high
standard and they have continuously updated and
improved their clinical skills and have built a
rapport between themselves and the other
partners, as well as the extended team.
I have
come to rely on their assessments and opinions
on patients who are housebound in particular.
Chris and Elaine have always demonstrated that
they have the patients at the centre of all of
their decisions, but also they have an
understanding of the role of the Primary Care
Practitioner.
In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend
Chris Blyth and Elaine King to any potential
client interested in commissioning training to
improve their knowledge and understanding of
nursing and care in general.

Brenda Cairns,
Servite Houses
Quality Care Training Consultancy provides
training for Servite Care Homes. We have 16 care
homes for older people in Birmingham, Oxford and
London. Originally, we were just looking for a
couple of short courses for our two care homes
in Birmingham. These were so well-received that
the managers wanted more and more. Quality Care
Training Consultancy is now our preferred
providers for health-related training in the
North Region and we also call on their expertise
in our London Homes.
Quality Care
Training Consultancy suit our needs so well
because they are always focused on the best
outcomes for service users. They are willing to
spend time with managers to find out exactly
what the learning needs are and tailor their
courses to meet them. As practising District
Nursing Sisters and Community Practice Teachers,
Chris and Elaine have up-to-the minute
information on good practice and resources to
support residents.
Their delivery
style makes the learning accessible to all
participants. Quality Care Training Consultancy
also helps us make sure the learning makes a
real difference to practice, for example, by
developing a competency assessment workbook for
Medication Administration.

Liz Smith, Care
Watch (North Birmingham)
I would like to take this opportunity to thank
you for the training you delivered to our carers
at our office. The training courses were
extremely well presented and very informative.
All the staff that attended have commented on
the quality of the content of each course. You
delivered the training in such a way that made
it easily understandable for our staff.
Your friendly
relaxed approach made the training fun and
enjoyable and because of this I'm sure that
everyone who attended will retain the
information given. I would have no hesitation in
recommending your training services to anyone
who wishes to further their skills and
knowledge. Yours sincerely Liz Smith Training
Manager.

Pat Litherland, Claybourne
(MHA)
We have recently booked our third session of
training with the Quality Care Training Company
and are more than impressed with the
professionalism, content and approach to the
wide ranging selection of courses on offer. The
trainers are friendly, approachable and always
willing to listen to concerns and questions, no
matter how difficult.
As a home we know
how difficult it can be to encourage some staff
to actively participate in training courses but
this has not been the case with the range
supplied by Quality Care Training, staff are
actually coming forward and volunteering for
them. We very much hope to continue to use the
Company in the future.

Vanessa, Solitaire Home
Care Services
At first contact with
Quality Care Training Consultancy we found them
to be very professional and informative
regarding the training sessions that they could
offer to us. They promptly arranged a visit to
our offices to introduce themselves and to
assess how they could best deliver their
training in our environment.
At the training sessions
the information provided to our staff was clear,
up to date and accurate. Handouts were provided
throughout and a questionnaire was completed by
staff to ensure that all the information that
they had provided was understood.
We felt that the
course content was sufficient for purpose,
delivery of information was very interesting and
duration of course was just right! We also felt
that having professionals who currently work in
the health sector delivering the training helped
because they have a genuine knowledge of the
industry. I would highly recommend Quality Care
Training Consultancy for any training
requirements in the care sector.
Laura James
We started to use Quality care in 2007 and found
they offer a variety of training modules
including areas that are specialist. They have
delivered diabetes training, the course has run
smoothly and all involved have been impressed
with the delivery of information and the
flexibility of the course contents to suit
Service User needs this enables us to have a
person centred approach.
