the introduction of the Care Standards Act
(2000) the Government set national minimum
standards for domiciliary care agencies and
care homes.

purpose of the minimum standards is to
ensure that high quality of personal care is
provided to people in their own homes and in
residential care.

provision of personal domiciliary care
services and residential care is evolving
rapidly. The regulators will require
evidence that standards are being met and
quality care is being delivered to service
users.

Training
can be delivered on site and courses can be
tailored to meet your needs. Our aim is to
empower your nursing and care staff to
become competent and skillful, ultimately
enhancing the reputation of your care agency
or care home.
